Hi All:

I'm just testing out the new Blog module that I installed.  Registered users should be able to create their own blog.  Just log into the site and in the user menu select "write a blog entry".  Once you are on the Blog entry page simply create a title for your post and enter text into the Blog Entry box.   Once you are done, select "published" and then select who can see your post- either "registered members" or "everyone".  Then click on "save blog entry" and your blog entry will be published.

I would prefer that users who choose to create their own blogs try to write about Reptiles or Amphibians.  Entries can contain tips on caring for particular species, odd things your pets did today, living with herps etc.   Entries that I consider off-topic will be deleted.  Sorry- but this website is about "Reptile and Amphibian care" and I would like all postings to stay within the realm of living with these special pets.

 Thanks, and enjoy!   Tricia
